I live in Raleigh, NC and this December, I will get my Associate Degree in Electronic Engineering and Computer Engineering. I prefer to work at a computer company like Microsoft or at least one that use their products, but I can't be picky. I'm thinking of apply for the help desk position because this will be my second job and first computer-related job. Ultimately, I want to have a position where I either troubleshoot computers or something involve using my hands, in other words I want to work more with "hardware".

My questions are:
Do you think I should get my Bachelor Degree or just get certificated?
What do you advice me to do to get my foot in the door?
What other position you think I should try to apply for???
