Okay, what if you had two candidates with the same GPA and the same (minimal) work experiences. These two candidates are very young, right out of college.

The two schools rank about the same place in this example and they both got a BA.

Would you hire the Communications major with a journalism/fine arts double minor or the Journalism major with the communications/fine arts double minor?
