Why is the work allocated not done ? I can do the work myself. I don't need people like this. Why don't they resign ?

The boss actually asked me to get some 20 pics printed from a public computer which I was a little late in doing. Is this in a fit of anger or deep down he wants me out ?

He usually is calm and does not shout like this. Is this his subconscious mind speaking out ?

Now the manager tells me to get a purchase order by tomorrow and that if I don't get a purchase order to supply some material by tomorrow he will tell the boss I am doing no work. Purchase orders usually take a few days to issue.

Are both manager and owner interlinked ? What are they trying to say ? Are they creating problems so they can push me out ?
