Default Regarding unfair treatment at work (hospital)?

I'm a unit secretary for a hospital. I've only done this kind of work for 8 months now.
My training was horrible. The computer class was mainly for the hospitals inland not for the hospital I worked for. And so much information was thrown at me, I finally had to tell them no more (when they tried training me for nights). I had to learn doctors scribles, medications and dosages, routes, etc. labs, cardiology, radiology, etc not only the test but how to order them in the system. and other things.
They also failed to tell me important things like what to do before a patient goes to surgery. For 3 months, no one told me that the nurse needed certain papers. It was being done for me and nothing was being said until I got a verbal warning from my supervisor. It also came out that my mistakes were being corrected by the teamleads and not given to me to correct so I never got the chance to learn from my mistakes other than hearing something here and there. I kept getting mixed messages--your work is great, you didn't do this. Last week, I was called into my supervisor again and I received a written warning for 3 mistakes since May. The part that is really upsetting me is that the teamleaders (I work with two) are failing to point out errors so I'm still not learning and they are failing to catch errors which is why the supervisor got notified and I'm being blamed for not doing things that I know I do and other unit secretaries haven't been doing.
If I'm being written up for failure to do my job correctly, shouldn't the teamleader who's responsible for checking my work also be held accountable?
The person who's bought this up to the supervisor was up for a promotion to oversea unit secretary work when I got the verbal and is newly in that position when I got written up both per her request.
Up until last week, I loved my job but now I want to quit only I a single parent of a 3 yr old. I was told I wouldn't qualify for unemployment if I quit. The worst part is that I've never been written up, never had to speak to a supervisor for negative reasons let alone been fired but I know this person is wanting that and won't stop until I am suspended. It was pointed out to me that that is a possible next option.
I'm angry that I'm being targeted while others co-worker errors (like checking me errors) is being overlooked. After all why have a teamlead (an RN) to sit behind me and check my work if they aren't going to check it and allow labs to be ordered too soon, etc.
My errors are always new ones--I do learn from what if pointed out to me. They just get pointed out with my supervisors presence.
I also have sleeping problems and headaches which effect my thinking clearly and one day it was really bad and the co-worker (one in the promoted position) was the teamleader so I can see why she ask me to speak to the supervisor that day but on the other hand, I have worked with her before without having a bad day like that so I felt she should have weighed things out but I'm also thinking she just wants me gone. I don't know what I can do. The doctors are bad at doing things like reordering stuff. I got wrote up for double entry of making a patient observation hold. One doctor ordered it so I entered it into the system. Hours later another doctor ordered it. The billing dept was very peeved so I was told to check pt status only when you work under busy times with 5 charts piled up with orders and nurses and other dept grabbing the charts and other nurses asking for copies of orders and the phone ringing non stop, I don't have time to check a dos system for a doctor error. And no, the doctors are never held accountable for their errors.
Retraining seems bad since I do know most of the stuff now.
I hate to push action against the teamleads because I don't want to make enemies but I'm also tried of them failing me and it ended up on my supervisors desk.
I don't know what I can do. I tried twice to get into another position because I love where I work but the 1st time, they said no because I wasn't there for 6 months and this time they said no because I was written up. So I'm stuck in a position that unless things change majorly, I'm going to get fired on Nov 7th when I met for a 30 day review. I can't use this job as a reference to find another because of the written warning so that screwed me over for finding another job outside the hospital as well. I prayed for that job when I was interviewed and now I wished I never step foot in there. Amazing what a week can do.

In some states you can draw unemployment if you are given a bad review. Consult an experienced employment attorney.
