Default If you were the receptionist and you got into this trouble. How can you

figure out it? Imagine, one of your customers has a confirmed reservation, but the hotel is overbooked. You must move him to a room in another hotel. How would you talk with him? Would you give him anything as a compensation? Are there any policies of the hotel for this issue?
I really need your help to solve this situation.

I'd speak to him politely and apologetically and, as long as the other hotel were the same or higher quality and in the same area, I would give the guy an upgrade as compensation. He'll either take it or cancel.
