Default I work 32 hours over 4 days should my holiday entitlement be based on 4

days or 32 hours? The normal working week is 7 hours a day for 5 days, I work 8 hours for 4 days. Holiday entitlement is 27 days for full time staff, I feel I should get 25 days based on hours worked but company says it should be on days. If it is based on days, I will work 4 hours a week more than someone who works 7 hours for 4 days but get the same holidays.
I reduced my hours from 35 to 32 under the flexible working scheme. The company only refer to full time staff or the number of days part time staff work in the holiday entitlement section of the employee handbook, they don't refer to flexible working hours
Company say I am only entitled to 22 days, which is the same as someone working 7 hours a day 4 days a week

if you work 4 days a week,thats what holiday pay is based on so you'll get 27 days ,just the same as them

so your holiday pay over a year will be
27days x 4 hours wages ==108 hours or 5.4 weeks x 20 = 108 hours

No one on Y!A can answer this with any degree of accuracy. You need to read over your company's policy and employee handbook for the answer.
