I use Windows Calendar like crazy for school. I've never been good at keeping a schedule and have ADHD and crazy procrastination problems and take a ton of classes in college, so I started using it and it had worked miracles for my time management skills. Windows Calendar comes with Windows Vista and I think XP may have it. Mozilla (the makers of the Firefox web browser) also make Mozilla Sunbird which is comparable to to Windows Calendar. Both of these are free and allow daily or hourly planning and schedules and calendars and color coding.
