people try to help me out!!!?

ok so my cv is full of sales n admintration experience n my my qualifications are that i did bachelors in arts n plus Ms office..but i cnt find any job here in uae..i have been trying for years..n i dnt want to move out from here for personal reasons ..any advice what should i do?
