Default I Got A Job Interview And Test For Role Of Contact Center Operator The

Essential Requirements Of This Role Are? 1- Experience Of Service Desk
2-experience Of Fault Reporting Procedure
3-reporting Tools, Service Desk Tools And Ms Office
4-switch Board Knowledge
Can Any One Please Help Me Out Wot Kind Of Questions I Can Expect In My Interview And Test. Many Thanks

a) stop typing in all caps, it is considered yelling and b) if you don't know what questions to expect, then you probably shouldn't be interviewing for this job.
