My friend recently had a phone-interview for a customer service consultant position. Following this he has been now asked to complete a “simulation profile” that he has received by email from the company. Could someone please tell us what is this simulation. Is it another interview? What types of questions are asked? Your urgent help will be highly appreciated.

I'm not really sure but wanted to caution your friend not to give out personal information about herself as no one really knows if the company is legit Hopefully, they aren't asking for money upfront either which equals 'scam'
