| Right now my resume is retail shops with a year or so of management experience. I'm organized and I'm very computer literate. My aunt suggested that I look at the idea of getting into being a secretary or receptionist with the skills that I have. How do you break into that field? I'm confused about where to start and how to alter my resume to fit my job search. |

| Secretarial is fun and with experience you can easily earn 50K a year. Consider looking in your yellow pages under Employment - Temporary. A temporary agency will get you the experience you need. You will get assignments anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months. At every job, you will learn, learn, learn. In a few years, you'll become extremely valuable to any company. Retail is fun - but it doesn't really get you anywhere in 40 years. / |
