telecommunications company which? allows a small number of ppl the opportunity to work from home. Now I've had 1 interview for this opportunity about 7mths ago but didnt get it as my answers were not detailed enough. Please help with some answers to the following questions( these are some of the questions they asked me last time) 1) Describe a situation where you were req'd to organize an event alone from start to finish 2) Describe a sitation work/school related where you had to work in a group to compl a project w/ no assistance from your other group members 3)Describe a situation where you had to work with no supervision, a problem arises what did you do 4)Describe a situation where you were given little to no instructions to complete a task... I have really bad social anxiety so my brain freezes when put on the spot and to make matters worse theres going to be 2 ppl in the room asking me questions. Plz help me by providing some examples. thank you soo much
