| i am fixing my resume and my advisor told me to make it "accomplish driven" "an action-results format" here are my jobs and what i did for each of them library - shelving and sorting of books and materials - provide customer service office -answering/ transfering calls - filing -copying -running erands -customer service (answering students questions) ex: shelving and sorting of books and materials thereby allowing for the library to continue running efficiently? |

| When your advisor was talking to you regarding "accomplishment driven", that means what sort of things did you do on your jobs? I will give you a couple of good examples. Ability to establish rapport with customers/clients and was able to maintain an effective relationship with them while helping them with the problems and issues that they needed assistance with. Ability to multi-task in a very fast paced environment, and was able to keep up with my work with frequent interruptions. I hope that this helps you. |
