I really miss my old job and the people that I worked with, but I'm afraid to be embarrassed if I were to go back. I feel so useless at my new job because I know how busy it is and I'd like to help, but I would only get in the way. Plus, I haven't fully been trained, which I totally understand due to the fact that the workplace is super busy so all I can do it just wait. Please advise.

Even I miss my old job and team-mates. I am also into a new job where my boss thinks IT issues are just 2 minute things and I haven't been trained on anything ,and now they say that I don't work....I even suspect his assistant who seems to think he can become a boss in near future.....I sometimes write incomplete mails due to pressure , some points just don't occur...and then I get horrible replies....I dont know if they are gonna fire me or what but then I think what will I do ? I am very demotivated myself......pray for easy times ahead....

u need to ask yourself if you will be happier if you go back even with the potential embarassment to you. if the people in the last job liked u, they will be easy on you, and therefore enquire if your old job has been filled and if so, you cannot go back and if not filled, ask for it.

as it stands, u r helpless and appears hopeless.
