Currently I perform payroll duties at a University. My goal is to become an HR Employment/Career Specialist. I'm Currently working on my BA in Human Resource Management, but in the meantime how can I obtain new skills that I can use now or in the near future? Cross training is out of the question in my area, because people are afraid that you are after their jobs. I don't know what to do, I'm stuck. Can anyone give me some suggestions? Thanks
