I have 2 go into to different Tourist/travel shops and I have to see how the react to questions I ask, I also have to act upset and angry ish. I need to see if they can calm me down in a nice way.

Here is where I am stuck, I need some questions to ask about travelling etc, can you give me as many different questions as possible.
This is in the uk, but answers from other countries would be great, 10 points for the best answer

Seems you may be new to secret shopping. One thing you don't want to do is get prompts from someone else...then you will be tripping over your words trying to remember what to say. The point is to actually be the traveler.

Here's what you do...actually plan the trip...do some research...and your bound to come up with tons of questions.
