Default List my attempted major or general studies?

I am contemplating on whether or not to put on my resume that I was in Pre-Social Work 2005-2007 or just put General Studies 2005-2007. I didn't finish my B.S. degree, but need to include the school on the resume. Since the Social Work isn't relevant to what I'm applying for and I didn't finish it, I figure that just putting General Studies would be honest (since that's all I took).

What do you think?
