i am looking for a job at top level management, my qualification is good and my experience is not bad but i looks much younger than my real age, i have been in an interview where some ppl where very interested in me but one of them pre judge me, I can tell before I speak that she doubted my credibility to be able to manage ppl and take big decisions, they wont tell to me directly but I knew it, I don’t know what to do I don’t want to raise the issue coz it may makes me looks unconfident, pleas can any one help?/
