Default What does this particular job submission status phrase mean?

"Your application is currently being considered and is in process."

Does this actually mean they are considering me for employment, or do you think it always says this when they review applications? (because I am qualified but I live about 80 miles away from this place, but with the possibility for outsourcing...(working at home)

It just means that they are reviewing all applications. It doesn't mean that they are giving you any special consideration.
