| money is tight right now (isnt it for everyone?) especially now that i’m on my own again. i’ve advertised for a lodger, i get well paid at my present job but have been looking for another job. i have been short listed for 2 jobs and it looks like i’m in with a good chance of both of them. one job is a more senior one (paying £30 a week more) but with a small company and the other job (although still more than i get now) is with a large company with more prospects. i really need the extra £30 a week now but i also don’t want to turn down the other job because of the promotional prospects. which one should i take? |

| Assuming they both will offer you a position, I would take the job at the larger company. There will be more opportunities there and also in the long run, they will probably will be able to pay you more as you advance up the ladder. |
