My boss says I quit when I was fired?
fired by my last employer the owner of the company made verbally threats to me in the office and in front of a few workers. He said if I cant get my sales up by friday he will fire Me! well I called him that Friday and was told that He thinks I am not going to Make it working for Him.That was My last day working for Him Now he clam es I quit to avoid me getting Unemployment Benefits . What can I do I cant depend on my coworkers as they do not want to risk there jobs.I have a letter in hand that say my employment is ended 8/31 and they will send my pay. I did not give them a resign letter.
