| me that i have an interview? with his client ( a big fmcg company) he wants me to know a bit about the companies competitors and what systems I used in my old job of 2 years ago which was with a big bank. The job is outbound call centre sell products to merchants. Is this normal for a company to ask this of an interviewee. I am in two minds about this interview. I am a mature lady and I don't want to be put in this position at this stage of my life. What do you think |

| Hello there. It sounds to me as though the agency has been asked by the client to screen the candidates to make sure that they will be interviewing the right sort of person. If you are worried, ask the agency what the purpose of the questions are, i.e. what are they going to be used for? Good luck. |
