How many of you office workers are able to read a book, or the like, at your desk when you have nothing going on?

I read books and go on the internet all the time.

As long as my work is done what else am I supposed to do?

I'm always on the internet or reading a magazine when I'm finished with my work. My boss doesn't care as long as my work is complete and I'm still answering the phone.

haha just like the first poster said, I am online all damn day. I probably only do like one hour of work.
