How many of you office workers are able to read a book, or the like, at your desk when you have nothing going on?

I read books and go on the internet all the time.
As long as my work is done what else am I supposed to do?

I'm always on the internet or reading a magazine when I'm finished with my work. My boss doesn't care as long as my work is complete and I'm still answering the phone.
