I have applied for Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and other banks for so many position that I KNOW that I am qualifies for, but the don't call me and it's very discouraging.

How can I get myself out there so that they will notice my resume and my experiences? I would really like to work for one of these banks.

Please assist. What should I do?

I have even thought about sending them my cover leter and my resume to Human Resources directly since I have applied online so many times.

It sounds like you are hitting a wall pretty consistently. If that's the case, then you should consider having a career coach or resume developer to take a look at your presentation. Something is causing you to get passed over. Also, when you apply for these positions, consider that you may be submitting to a background, credit or other types of employment related screens. Check your background and credit reports to be sure they are accurate - and fix them immediately if they are not. If you have a poor credit rating and are applying for a cash handling and/or data sensitive position, it can stop you from be a candidate.

Lastly, be sure that you are grammatically correct when you fill out an application. The details matter - especially in the financial industry - and especially in this labor market.
