heard if I will be hired or not? I have been working as temp-to-hire basis for 1 year & 5 months, & i have not heard if I will be hired or not?
The agency I work for can never get in contact w/ my supervisor (my supervisor misses a lot of days of work due to personal reasons & he comes in really late say at 11:30AM and goes to lunch for 3 hours or never comes back which irriates other people including his boss) I have asked 5 times about getting hired and he keeps telling me that he "they will see" and in our last conversation he said "I asked the company's president and he didn't say anything" then later he said, "I haven't had a chance to ask the president".(contradicting don't you think?) the agency i am with tihnks it's strange that he does not reply to their e-mails or calls from the agency. I asked the agency to consider me for another assignment for of course they wont because they make money off me staying in this assignment. What can I do? how can i go to another agency without losing this assignment in the meantime that i search?

To add: I don't have any problems with the people at the office I am currently in. My supervisor (to my knowledge) has not complaints about me (otherwise i would not be there for 1 yr 5months). I get along fine with everyone and yet I don't understand why two other people got hired (one with 6 months less than me ) but I havent?
