Can someone help me with my application form? I'm completing an application form for an admin job. The application is one of those applications were I need to provide specific concrete examples of a range of skills. The one I am stuck on is:
"Communicates confidently face to face and on the telephone, and listens actively, shares information and demonstrates a positive attitude".
Yes I have experience of sharing information face to face and over the phone in my previous job whereby I was responsible for dealing with enquiries but how do I demonstrate a specific example. I hate these questions.
Can someone give me an example of how I should write a specific example of demonstrating communication skills. |
