Does it varies by organization?

i did an online free course at the email college. it is emailed to you over 8 days and in the end you get a certificate of completion. meetings, minute, everything!!

you write down what is said in the meeting and responses you can also just summaries if you dont want to write exaclty what is said. key points for example

Yes it will vary.
See if they have a template or an example of previous minutes.
It rather depends if it is an official meeting with apologies from non-attendees or an internal meeting which just lists who attended, items covered and actions to be taken.
