I’m always late, I’m not detail-oriented, I don’t like my job or company, but I need to pay my bills… I don’t think I have the patience to wait until I find another job before I quit… What should I do?

you sound very young but unless you live at home and have someone to pay your bills you need to stay put. I have been unemployed-not by my own choice for exactly 5 months
i once had a job i Hated the boss was horrible and mean to me well i looked while i had that job took me almost 4 months but when i left i worked someplace for 2years till they went out of business. if your always late that will affect you on any job. maybe if you can take some classes and start looking but if you need money dont quit.
