Sometimes on the job postings it will say this job falls into pay grade ? then have the amount. So you will know anyone who is in pay grade whatever is making the same amount. Otherwise it will be very difficult

They're rated that way because they don't want you to know how much other people are making. It's going to be difficult if not impossible to find out unless you "know someone" in human resources.
