I would assume you could buy it (whatever IT is) at an office supply store. But its a little container of stuff that you dab your fingers in so that when you have to count out papers, you can easily do so without the papers sticking together and without having to lick your thumb. I just need to know what the stuff is called so I can order some. Thanks! 10 pts to whoever answers correctly first!

It is called a waste of money. Lick your finger or if you do not want to do that, dampen it with a wet cloth.
