 Where can I obtain a validated competency test for care givers?
I am interested in implementing the use of a care giver competency test as a screening tool for my business. I need a test that measures candidates' ability to read, write, speak English on an adult level,measures their skills as caregivers, decision making abilities and overall professionalism. |
