Default Is it better to have a good day in hell then a bad one at work when they...

...seem to always be bad? After so many years at my job I have noticed that the last couple of months have been hell due to new coworkers...reason being they always call off and when ever they have to do social work they bug out and act like little kids. What do I do I cant take the way they act and the way this agency is being ran now and days. This one coworker is always off sick and when ever the office is busy she ends up getting sick and going home. OMG after so many years of being in my office and looking forward to be here for the rest of my working years now i want to run away soon. What can I do? Do I address this matter? Or do I start looking for a new job?

When is your vacation? Take a breather. If you have been there for a long time, take it from me, it is HARD to start over. I am in the process right now, and it is sooo hard to find a decent job right now.

Try to take a mental health break and think things through. Maybe talk to your supervisor and ask her opinion about how things are going (don't let her know you are unhappy!!) just check our her frame of mind and if you are on the same page.

If you do have to look for work, send your resume out via email when you get home or before you leave for work. Employers don't like you using their time to job search
GOOD LUCK!
