Some companies, like Yahoo only accept master or visa card payment. I want to use their website builder to create a website, but cant because they need card details. I am now living in Thailand and cant open a bankaccount because of their regulations. Who can give me advice?

If you have a bank or banker who has been familiar with you, they may be willing to get signatures over fax and mail the card to you. just call your bank back home and keep asking different people. I’ve never heard of a virtual credit card but you could also use paypal if it’s accepted. that just takes your money right from your bank account- no credit needed.
