UPS Delay....Once Again?

THE NUMBER OF PIECES DOES NOT MATCH THE INVOICE, WAYBILL, OR TRACKING LABEL.

What does this mean? I got it when i tracked my order recently. Its arrived in my city but this is what it has said. some forums are saying that this does not apply to me but im not sure. ANy answer would be helpful
