Default I recently got discharged(fired) from the work due to violation of company...

...policy. would I still able to get? I recently got discharged (fired) from the work due to violation of company policy I wasn't were of. would I still able to get a unemployment Insurance (UI) benefits? I already applied and they wanted to phone interview me, on that document it says it may asked some of the questions and listed w/ what my answer would be. I need your help, i am afraid that I might not qualify for the UI and have bills to make.

1) why are you no longer working from last job?
**Dischared due to Comp. Policy
2) were you warned that your actions could result in being fired?
**No
3) when were you warned?
**never been warned, no warning. asked me to leave the work due while under review and got a call saying I am terminated next day.
4) If you were fired for breaking an employer rule, what employer rule was broken? (I work for a Bank)
**Due to NSF (not sufficient fund fee reversal on family member) & overdrawn on my personal account. (note: our family is having hard time meeting our end & I am the primary source of income)
***Lastly, last two question they have on there is more tricky question for me to answer & seems like this is what determine if I am qualify for the UI benefit.
5) were you aware of this rule? How did you break the rule?
** honestly, I have no idea how I need to answer. If I were to tell the truth, I am somewhat aware, but not sure. I know you can't help your family member's accounts. So I have asked my colleague to reverse the NSF fee that had me and my brother on it & run it through my brother's name. (should I need to be totally honest? or tell them that I did not know. I did know that you can't help employee acct and family members account, knowing that my brother is still a customer so I have asked my colleague to reverse some fee for my brother and they treated that as revering a fee for my self)
6) Why did you break this rule?
** did not know I was breaking the rule, specially that would get me fired. (FYI, I was with company for 3yrs and one of the top performer in our market)

need your help and honest answer and best way to go about.
Thanks Guys.

You won't collect as you were fired for reversing a fee in your own account as you admit your name was on it. That's good cause. You knew it was wrong too.
