Okay, so I have the iPod Touch 3rd generation. I got on the computer and accidentally downloaded something. The iPod wouldn't allow me to delete it unless I rebooted the iPod. I did that and the white load bar is gone and now there is just an apple and its been froze for about 20 minutes. What should I do. P.S. Its my sisters iPod :-|

Take the battery out.
