I am looking for background and historical information, assessment within the environment of their industry, and information about their competitors. I have found their website to be fairly unhelpful, and I have found some information surfing the web and/or using databases, but I am not finding much detailed information. One thing I think would help me is a detailed SWOT analysis, but I cannot seem to find one that is free. Infogroup was formerly known as InfoUSA. Thanks!
