Default Why isn't Apple Inc. subject to anti-trust laws?

A person can only listen to songs downloaded from their site on an IpoD. They don't own the copyright to the songs, so why can't they be played on other mp3 players? And even if they did own the copyright, what is with the proprietary stinginness? Seems like the kind of stuff Sony is always pushing on its customers and sounds like an anti-trust lawsuit waiting to happen...
