Default Paying employees under the table (HELP)?

ok, so my EX boss own's a small chain of pizza shops & pay's his employee's under the table. like literally right out of the drawer every friday night. I took one sick day last week out of the whole 2 years i've been there & he fired me.

so here's where i need your help:

how can i get him in trouble with the IRS? I'm only 17 but i would like to report him, how do i go about doing that?

Start by contacting your state's Attorney Generals office. They would be interested in knowing about this.

You can call the IRS...however, if you took cash as payment for two years did YOU declare it all as income and pay taxes on it? If not, you'll go down along with your ex-boss. You'll have to pay back taxes on the income as well as penalties. Is it worth it to you?

You will have more believability with the IRS if you can find another employee to back up your accusation. But they will probably investigate it even if just you report it.
