I have an old ebay account and i cant remember the password to the pay pal account but i have my debit card on there to pay for things but my debit card is now old and i got a new one in the mail. is there a way to put this new card on ebay with out a pay pal account or do i need a pay pal account to do it? if i dont need a pay pal account can you give step by step instructions how to add my new card.
i forgot to say that i no longer have acess to the email used for my pay pal so having the password sent to my email will not work.

There should be a link on paypal for forgotten passwords.
