Default Is it possible to successfully dispute charges on a card for laser hair

removal (unhappy w/ results)...? Nearly 2 years ago I financed a laser hair removal package on a credit card (Care Credit through GE Money Bank). I have not had treatments in several months (and still have some to go - not sure how many), and stopped going because I became discouraged that I was not seeing any long-term results as promised...yet I'm still paying for this package.

Is there a way that I can dispute the remainder of the charges? I don't even care about the money I've already paid. I just don't see any sense in paying for additional treatments when they are not working. The place I signed up for these treatments with, according to many sources, is a rip-off, and I was too stupid to research my options before I signed up with them. You get a different person every time you go in for a treatment, and they never hit the same spots, plus - again - I'm not seeing long-term results. They claim "permanent" hair removal.

Long story short: What are my options? Is there a chance I could win a dispute with the credit card company or am I stuck with the balance?

Sorry so long, thanks for your help.

You can always request a charge-back on your card, but if this firm as a signed receipt for your purchase then they could successfully challenge the charge-back
