Reasons for working in a lower level position?

hi,

I am currently working as a supervisor, but due to private reasons I find that all the responsibilties related to the job have become a tremendous pressure and therefore I would like to look for a job on a lower level.

My problem is: what am I going to the tell my future employer as to why I want to do this?

Can anyone help?
