take CFA exam? My NFA membership and series 3 license was permanently suspended, can i take CFA exam or is my career in fiance pretty much over? I want to take the CFA exam but not sure if the decision by the NFA close to four years ago will make me ineligible to become a CFA. There were no fines and failure to maintain records and oversight of employees and general conduct was the reason for the permanent bar from NFA membership. CFA asks questions about professional conduct of within past 5 years, does that mean after 5 years It would be ok to go fro CFA?
