Default Should I put my references on my resume?

I'm applying at a few grocery stores, and my references are people who hold high positions in the city. I'm wondering if it would help my chances by putting their names on the resume or if I should just stick with the traditional "references available upon request"
Also, what else should I add to my resume.

I have job experience, volunteer work, skills, interests. anything u ppl think i shud add wud be grand.

Put "References available on Request".

Despite what a lot of people tell you. References do not get put on a Resume; This is for information about YOY and not about what other people think

References show the reliability of the candidate applying for the position. You can add them as another sheet in your resume.

References do not belong on a resume, and you shouldn't put "references available upon request" either. Employers know that you will have references available if they ask for them, or you won't get the job. Just have a separate sheet with your reference information (make sure to include previous business references if you've had another job -- coworkers, managers, etc. because businesses often want professional references, not personal ones).
