Default What would cause a doctor to have financial trouble?
I'm baffled as to what could cause a doctor to have financial trouble?

Besides being fired of course? or having a drug a drug addiction?

Assuming s/he has been doing well, their living situation hasn't changed, but maybe something external, at work or something?
