these options are available at 12 or older (without any type of permit in most states):
Work in a business owned or operated by your parents
Deliver newspapers/periodicals
Work as an actor/ess in radio, TV or the theater
Caddy at a public course
Work as an umpire/referee in a municipal league
Work on a private farm picking and/or selling fruits and vegetables
Do casual labor (work for an individual in their home) such as pet-sitting, baby-sitting, running errands, tutoring, and yard-work etcetera...

I can't really help you out that much. There are some sites that will pay you to write blog entries for them (runescape-blog.com) I got 7 dollars per entry and each entry only took me 10 minutes

First off why are you needing to support your family? There are many organizations who i'm sure can help accommodate your fam. Let alone support from the government. Ahh but honestly, i'm sure if you really need the work, i would imagine if you went into a local diner or cafe any explained your story the manager would most likely be sympathetic toward you.

Put up fliers at the grocery store and post office.

Best of luck.

What a nice kid you are.Why don't you make up a flyer that states that you can help people that are having problems with their computer. Think of what you would charge hourly. My guy charges $20.00 hrly, Put these in peoples mailboxes and post them around. Also you can do dog walking ,always be ready to quote a price. Make up a flyer for that. If you have a neighborhood paper list yourself in it for these things plus baby sitting. I wish you well and I hope you can get the work after school and on week-ends you deserve it.
