Default How can I break into consulting or i-banking with my experience?

I am about to graduate in spring from one of the top 5 public universities in the country, but have a (relatively) low GPA. I will graduate with about a 3.2 GPA, so companies do not even look at my resume. After talking to recruiters, they said that it is not always a problem because of my resume... I am a double major, varsity athlete, work 10-20 hours a week teaching, tutoring and as a technology consultant, while producing and hosting a television show, volunteering, being active in clubs and have a lot of diversity experience. My resume is packed with leadership and team experience experience (captain of my team, producer of show, director of multiple clubs, leadership academies, etc.). I hate making excuses for my GPA but I had a rough freshman year adjusting and have a packed schedule. Someone made the comment that people with a low GPA are not devoted enough for i-banking or consulting with late hours, but that is not the case.

Thanks for any help or advice.
