help me to answer these question please....?

i applied for a senior cashier position and i have to complete the form
1. what attributes and skills can you bring to this position?
2.outline all of your relevant experience which could be appreciate to this position?
3.outline any areas of weaknesses you may have and what you have done, or what you are doing, address these areas?
