Default can i claim unemployment benefits from two states at one time?

I was wondering if thats possible. I lived in washington for about a year and worked for 6months. Im receiving benefits in california but was wondering if i could also do a claim for benefits in washington at the same time?

No, you cannot, unless you'd like to commit fraud.

At the same time? Doubt it. Wouldn't you be required to notify them if you moved? In which case they would sotp your payments and you would be required to reapply elsewhere. Wow, if that really is the case then my god thats crazy. must be verrrrrry different here in Australia.
