Default Can I become an Apprentice or get an Internship?

I just graduated from the Art Institute about 3 months ago and have decided to start a career as a Baker. I have found the perfect place that I want to work at. It's a small bakery that makes Artisan Breads and Pastries. Do you think that I will be able to become a Baker's Apprentice or get an Internship and eventually become a baker there? I don't mind not getting paid at first and just learn how they make their breads, that's how bad I love and want to work at that place hehe ^_^.
